My good friend, Bruddah Cliff, is currently a finalist in a National Geographic grant contest and he needs your help. His project entitled, Through The Surface, is a collaborative effort to examine and document the health of coral reefs in Indonesia, Hawaii, Tahiti, and the Central Pacific Ocean. Cliff will be conducting scientific research that studies the molecular make up of the reefs that are located underneath famous surf breaks like P-Pass, Padang Padang, Teahupoo, and Pipeline.
In conjunction with Cliff’s work, his partner Clinton will be photographing and mapping out underwater images of the coral that is being studied. Please take some time to vote for Cliff and Clinton as they work to expand our collective knowledge regarding our sacred ocean’s health and vitality. Voting begins today and ends on September 29th, you can vote one time everyday so please vote as much as possible.
